![]() ![]() You MIGHT (i dont know for sure) need a wiring loom for the dash but i would assume that some connections will already be there. i fitted them on yesterday and then i relised that i wouldnt be able to run the speaker cable through the rubbery bit of the door (which i was originally planning to do) i thought i could just run the cable through the rubbery bit that connects to the door but there is like a compartment thing which blocksĭoes your car have central locking or electric windows If it does then you should have a wiring loom in the door if not you can get the loom from the scrapyard. The problem however is that the white plastic safety latch on the top of the plug does not seem to want to move. However if you want to remove the plug receptacle (car side) youll have to start removing trim and carpet first. Disengage the white safety latch and the plug immediately comes off. Unfortunatley I cannot work out how the plastic plug joining the loom to the body comes appart. I am having problems with the electric window which if I jiggle the wiring loom between door and body it works untill the door has been opened and closed a couple of times. ![]() ![]() Hi wondering if anyone has removed the wiring loom on a Grande punto connected to the main body of the car.
